Had a very nice stay specially for romantic vacation. Truly enjoyed the studio suite with full view I was given. The location couldn't be more magnificent on a mountain.

my stay was very nice specially for romantic vacation. i booked cosy studio suite here with flowers, the outside balcony and garden. the personnel was very-very nice and courteous as expected. this hotel was set in a remote area just off bus stop, and the hill through the pedestrian main street. the food from the attached restaurant was affordable.

The location seemed marvellous and awesome in the hills of Riomaggoire. The rooms of the hotel were big and unique with a view.

Our hotel is set in a remote location near to the restaurant and road and The public transport to the place and Portovenere. The staff are very nice and welcoming and ready to help if you need anything.

Its location is magnificent & stunning, near communal areas, a bus stop to Riomaggiore, and cliffs

There is bad smell in some places.

Rooms were beautifully decorated and provided with the terrace and great views, as example. This was a peaceful and absolutely perfect location just next door to the cliff with the cutest restaurant and the restaurant and road and a national park. The staff was exceptionally helpful and especially helpful, doing great job.

This hotel had a remote position near the train station.

The location was outstanding with breathtaking views. The restaurant served delicious food and had a beautiful setting with stunning sunsets. The well-maintained property had lovely flowers and a peaceful ambiance. A great choice for a relaxing stay in the Cinque Terre area.

Big and unique room, exceptionally comfortable bed. Stunning and marvellous location for Riomaggiore, not far from the restaurant and the Cinque Terre which itself is a great delight and shops.

    Bad smell in the room.

The views are amazing. The apartment suite was rustic and surrounded by a peaceful surrounding.

The location is very inconvenient. It costs about 25E to get there from the train station. Public transportation runs on a very limited schedule with the last shuttle to Riomaggiore at 3:30pm and home at 6:30. If you want to go to Cinque Terre any other time, you have to walk 2 miles on a very dangerous road into town or take the train to the station and take another 25E taxi (not available all the time - we waited for 1 hour to find a taxi). Also, the breakfast was awful and not even worth it for the caffe. Overall, this was a very bad experience and I would suggest staying in another hotel.

the staff members were friendly and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. Another advantage was the availability of free parking, which made it convenient for guests with vehicles.

The rooms were not up to par. They were in need of a thorough cleaning, with dead bugs found on the walls.

The setting on the Italian coast was very scenic and representative of that area of Italy.

This facility is not truly a hotel. It is more aptly to be described as a facility to be stayed at for an extended period of time. The maintenance of the room, (ie. shower and kitchen items) was poor and unless you have the urge to walk for 4-5 miles the public transportation is so minimal that your only option is to look at your immediate view and read a book.

Nicely decorated, quiet room with terrace. Location really close to gardens and vineyards and an outlet. Fantastic service throughout. Very nice and welcoming staff and quick to respond.

My wife and I stayed here the night before hiking Cinque Terre. The room was very clean and had an awesome view of the ocean. The apartment had all the necessary amenities for a short stay, including a well-equipped kitchen. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful, with various plants and trees, and the view from the property was breathtaking. The bus stop right at the door was extremely convenient for exploring the area. Parking was easy to find, and there was even a clothes drying rack in the apartment. Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
